Lance David Rudy

Lance David Rudy, 63, of West Newton, passed away on Tuesday, August 19, 2025 in his home. A son of the late Andrew and Janet Markovich Rudy, he was born in Brownsville on April 22, 1962. Formerly of Monongahela, Lance had resided in West Newton for the past 22 years and worked at Duct Mate for over 20 years, retiring in 2022. He enjoyed gardening, fishing, and watching football, especially the Pittsburgh Steelers. Survivors include two daughters, Billie Jo (Richard) Makin of Parker, PA and Kandice Rudy of Coal Center, his former wife, Billie Jo Rudy, with whom he raised two children, a sister, Deniese Conway, a brother Mark Rudy; and four grandchildren, Andrew Lance Rudy, Richard Makin, Kandice Makin, and Carol Jo Makin. There will be no public visitation or services.
