So sorry for the family's loss of Laurie - and also of Bob. I'll always treasure the childhood that I shared with Laurie, & time spent with the Proffitt family. I enjoyed a surprise party Laurie threw for me, Mary's big musical library that we listened to (especially the Monkeys), and enjoyed Herb's dark chocolate slabs that he stored downstairs. Mrs. Proffitt was a gem, too, and included me in too many meals to count. Such a golden family, that provided love and balance in my youth. May God bless Laurie's soul, and may Bob rest in peace as well. With heartfelt condolences to the all of the extended family & friends....

Such sad news. May she Rest In Peace. Randy, our thoughts are with you and the entire family. She was a lovely, talented person. I´m trying to come to the funeral to pay my respects.
