Lenny is survived by his children, Erik (Patti), Nicole, Nora and Sophie Zeimys; his grandchildren, Erik Zeimys; his siblings, Vida (Roger) Kaspar, Daria (Bob) Skilnik and Virginia (Frank) Puisis; his nieces and nephews, Kimberly Davis, Emily Davis, and Jennifer (Matthew) Morris, Zachary (Raquel) Spriggs, Alex (Alyssa) Spriggs, Nikolas and Francis Skilnik, Kristina, Anthony, Alex and Andrew Puisis.
He was preceded in death by his son, Sergeant Matthew Zeimys, USMC, his parents, Mecislovas and Sofija Zeimys.
Family and friends are invited to gather for the Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday, August 28, 11:00 AM at Nativity of The Blessed Virgin Mary Church, 6812 South Washtenaw Ave., Chicago. Inurnment will be at St. Casimir Cemetery, Chicago.
Overman-Jones Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Plainfield, was entrusted with arrangements.
