Linda Sue (Price) Demaree, 81 of Bargersville; passed away on Thursday evening, February 13, 2025. She was born on January 5, 1944 in Adair County, Kentucky to Thomas and Inez Veronica (Cheek) Price. Linda is survived by Aunt, Barbara Hey; nephew, Jon Price; niece, Michelle Price; great-nephew, Riley Price; great-great-nephew, Cyrus Price and several cousins. She was preceded in passing by her parents; daughter, Deborah "Debbie" Demaree and brothers, Michael Price and Ronald Price. She was a 1962 graduate of Edinburgh High School and attended Ball State University for two years. Linda was a Secretary to the National Adjutant of the National Headquarters of the American Legion in Indianapolis, retiring after thirty years of dedicated service. She was a previous member of the American Legion Auxiliary. Linda loved family time, reading and looked forward to spending time with friends. Visitation for family and friends will be Wednesday, February 19, 2025 from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Flinn and Maguire Funeral Home, 2898 North Morton Street, (U.S. 31 North) in Franklin. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 225 N. Michigan Avenue, Floor 17, Chicago, Illinois 60601.
