ALEXANDRIA, IN – Linda M. (Williams) Kendall Pardue LPN, 82, met Jesus face to face surrounded by her loving family from her residence on Sunday, July 13, 2025, following an extended illness.

She was born on October 25, 1942, in Alexandria to Virgil and Cora (McClish) Williams and was a lifetime resident. Linda was a graduate of Alexandria High School- Class of 1960. She received her associate degree as a Licensed Practical Nurse from IVY Tech in Anderson. She worked at Muncie Health Care for several years. Mosty recently she was employed at Northview Health and Living in Anderson. Linda was a former member of the Alexandria Eagles Auxiliary. She enjoyed raising her flowers and playing bingo. Time spent with her family was the most precious of times for Linda.

Husband-Robert "Bob" Pardue-married June 2, 1984

Daughters-Susan (Randy) Johnson and Lisa (Jim) Messer all of Alexandria

Son-Donnie Kendall of Alexandria

7 Grandchildren

Several great-grandchildren

Sister-in-law-Joyce Williams of Alexandria

2 Step-sons-Bobby (Angela) Pardue of Moonsville, Kenneth Pardue of Kansas

2 Step-Daughters-Robin Brown and Debbie (Jerry) Carrington all of Anderson

Several step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren

Several nieces and nephews

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 16 years Donald Kendall in 1978, son-David Kendall, 2 brothers-Walter Williams and Elmer Williams, Uncle-John McClish

Services honoring Linda's life and legacy will take place at 2 pm on Friday, July 18, 2025, in the Owens Funeral Home, 412 North Harrison Street, Alexandria, IN 46001 with Pastor David Walser officiating. The Madison County Nursing Honor Guard will conduct a memorial service at 2 pm. Interment will follow in Vinson Memorial Cemetery in Summitville. The Pardue family will receive friends after 11 am on Friday prior to the service.

Memorial contributions are suggested to Homer's Helpers, PO Box 211, Alexandria, IN 46001-0211 or envelopes will be available at the service.
