Born on May 5, 1946, Linda lived a life defined by faith, kindness, and dedication. A devoted member of Holy Cross Roman Catholic Church in Latonia, Kentucky, she lived out her beliefs through service, generosity, and compassion for others. Linda began her professional life as a reservationist for American Airlines, where her warmth and professionalism made her a valued part of the team. She later transitioned to a career with the Hallmark Greeting Card Company, where she spent many years as a sales associate before retiring. Her work reflected her thoughtful and caring nature-qualities that shone through in all aspects of her life. Passionate about animals and their well-being, Linda supported numerous organizations dedicated to animal welfare. Her compassion for creatures great and small was a hallmark of her life, as was her love of creativity. In her free time, she often enjoyed quilting and sewing, often making handmade treasures. Linda will be remembered for her kind heart, quiet strength, and the joy she brought to those who knew her. Preceding Linda in death were her loving husband, William "Bill" Schwartz and her brother, Roger Liggett. Those left surviving to carry on Linda's legacy include her sister, Nancy (Todd) Schaumloffel and all her loving nieces and nephews who are now emptier upon her passing. A Gathering of Friends for Linda will take place on Tuesday, August 26, 2025 from 5:00 PM until 6:00 PM at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 3612 Church Street, Latonia, Kentutcky 41015.
