Linda Lee Thomas , 72, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away, Wednesday, December 7, 2022, at her home.

Born Friday, November 3, 1950 in Hagerstown, MD, she was the daughter of the late Oscar Richard Long,Sr. and the late Hazel Louise (Delauder) Lagenstein.

Linda graduated from Williamsport High School in 1968. She was a former employee of the Hagerstown Shoe Factory, Turtle's Subs, and most recently at Roy Rogers. Linda greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She is survived by her son, John Richard (Regina) Thomas, Jr., daughter, Debbie Kay (David) Earley, sister, Beverly (Ralph) Suffecool, sister, Melissa (Doug) Zimmerman, sister, Cheryl "Robin" Crawford & boyfriend Todd Rideout, brother, Oscar R Long, Jr and girlfriend Annie, grandchildren, Anthony Michael Earley, Shayna Renee Earley, Darian Gray Fuller, Devin James Thomas and Bella Raye Thomas, great-grandchildren, A.J. Michael Earley, Caisen Gregory Szarvas-Earley and Eric Gray Fuller and numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews.

She was preceded in death by her step father, Charles L. Langenstein and grandchild, Cody Wayne Thomas.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday, December 14, 2022, at 10:00 am, at the Cedar Lawn Memorial Park, 17636 West Washington Street Hagerstown, MD, with the Rev. Jonathan Laye officiating.

Family will receive friends at the Douglas A. Fiery Funeral Home 1331 Eastern Blvd. North, Hagerstown, MD on Tuesday, December 13, 2022 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
