Lafayette: Lisa Ann Isadore was born on September 3, 1969 to Elton and Anna Isadore of Lafayette, LA. Lisa departed her life on September 1, 2024.
Mourning her departure yet cherishing precious memories include her children; Jericka Isadore, Jakerra Dean, and Ja'Myia h Boudreaux; one brother; Elton Isadore Jr., two grandchildren; Inaya Shumaker, Aubrey Chassion, and a host of bonus grandbabies, grand-doggy; Kali Matthews, Bentley Calais, Louie Isadore, godchildren; Dontavien Provost, Chealse Carter, Jionte Chassion, Paulina Goodman, Rylan Freeman, and Clinton Turner; aunts; Barbara Batiste, Kathy Allen, Rose Chassion, Beverly Senegal, and Earlene Citizen; and a host of family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father Elton Isadore Sr, uncle; Nelson Senegal, grandmother; Ada provost, grandfather; Joseph Senegal, grandfather; Felix Isadore and grandmother; Mary Spell.
Lisa was a loving soul whose passion for love, family, and friends touched everyone she met. Whether at work events, family gatherings, community engagements, or even by chance encounters, she always shared her radiant smile and warm heart. She was more than just a friendshe became a second mother and nana to so many, adopting countless children and grandchildren through the relationships she built. Though we lost Lisa on September 1, 2024, her love, grace, and presence will forever remain with us, a testament to the beautiful life she lived.
