Louis J. Cappucci

Cappucci, Louis J., age 81, of Hawthorne, on Tuesday, December 26, 2023. Born and raised in Paterson, Louis had lived there for most of his life before moving to Hawthorne. After attending Eastside High School, he worked as a painter for the Paterson Board of Education and had been a Union Representative for the NJEA.
Louis was the beloved cousin of Patricia Temprano and her husband Raymond of Hawthorne, AnnMarie Abene and her husband Mark of Totowa and Joan Constantine of Wayne. Loving step-brother of Karol Barbarula of Florida. Dear uncle of Brad Barbarula and his wife Marcie of Maine. Dearest cousin of Patrick Cappucci and his wife Veronica of Butler, Dennis Tirri of Hawthorne, Michael Tirri of Hawthorne and Ronald Ingino and his wife Maria of St. Louis, MO. He is also survived by several other cousins and close friends.
Funeral will depart at 9:00am on Saturday, December 30, 2023 from the Browning-Forshay Funeral Home, 557 Lafayette Ave., Hawthorne, for a 9:30am funeral mass at St. Anthony R.C. Church, Hawthorne. Interment will follow at Laurel Grove Memorial Park in Totowa. Friends may visit with the family at the funeral home on Friday from 4-7pm. www.browningforshay.com
