Louis Anthony Principe Tribute Louis Anthony Principe, 82, passed away on February 1, 2025, at Danbury Hospital after complications from an illness. He was the loving husband of Jane (Piazza) Principe for 60 years.
Louis was born on August 13, 1942 in NYC to the late Anthony Principe and Julia (Alousia) Principe.
Louis graduated in 1960 from the High School of Art and Design in NYC and then proudly served in the Army Reserve.
Louis started his career in advertising on Madison Avenue in the 60's. Eventually becoming the Art Director for Westchester County, implementing their New Identity Program. He worked under 3 administrations before retiring in 2002 after 41 years in the field.
After retiring, Louis enjoyed painting, building model boats from scratch, woodworking; making beautiful pieces of furniture, fun and interesting board games and automated figures for his grandchildren.
Louis is predeceased by his parents Anthony and Julia his sister Josephine, brothers, Angelo (Ann) and Anthony (Stephanie)
He is survived by his childhood sweetheart Jane (Piazza) his daughter Jennifer DeGuilio (John) and his cherished grandchildren; Christopher, Tyler, Taylor and Nicolas as well as several nieces and a nephew.
A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held Friday, 7th of February, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Carpino Funeral Home.
