Margaret Ahern Obituary

Born November 9, 1952 in River Edge, NJ, she was the daughter of E.T. and Constance (Bille) Cirino.
Margaret taught at Wilton Lyndeborough School district and later she became a registered nurse and worked at Saints Hospital in Lowell, MA.
Survivors include her children, Rob Ahern and his wife Deb of Pascoag, RI, Katie Ahern and Katie's fiancé Veronica Corneau of Williston, VT, and John Ahern and his wife Joanna Gyory of Lee; three grandchildren; her siblings, Mary Anne Wayne, Steve Cirino, Frank Cirino, and Teresa Cirino; and many nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours will be held on Sunday, April 14th from 2 – 4 p.m. at Kent & Pelczar Funeral Home & Crematory, 77 Exeter Road (Route 108), Newmarket, NH.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Peg was such a fun person to be with. All of the staff at WLC loved working with her and the students adored her. She was a champion for kids and helped many with reading and math over the years.
Peg loved her family above all else. One summer she invited our team to Rockport for a day for lunch and shopping. It was a lot of fun.
We looked forward to when she started her Christmas cooking baking because many of us got to be recipients of the cookies and she would tell us which cookie was special to each of her children and husband,
Peg loved a good joke and always came to work with a smile on her face. She loved to travel.
She was so proud of all of her children and she would share stories and accomplishments of Rob, John and Katie all the time!
We were all so proud and happy for her when she left WLC to pursue her nursing degree.
Sincere hugs and condolences to Peg's entire family and extended family.
