MOI – Margaret "Maggie" Ann (Hallstrom) Moi, 78, passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 4, 2023 at her home after a brief illness. She was the loving wife of the late Jose Moi. Born November 16, 1944 in Hartford; the daughter of the late Harry H. and Agnes (Skac) Hallstrom.
Maggie worked for many years as an Administrative Assistant. She was an avid New York Rangers and UCONN Men's and Women's basketball fan. She was a caring person who always put others before herself especially her family.
She is survived by a brother, Harry W. Hallstrom, Jr., and wife Diane; a sister, Diana Joan Levesque; two nieces and a nephew, Marsha, Michelle and Roland; grandchildren, Morgan and Shane; great granddaughter, Maeve; and dear friend, Mark Wilson.
In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by her son, Jeffrey Rydingsward in 2022.
Graveside Services will be held at a later date privately. Montano-Shea Funeral Home, 922 Main Street, Winsted has care of the arrangements. Visit an online guestbook at montano-shea.com.
