Devoted mother of Gina and her husband David Kipp and John and his wife Kateri Cording. Treasured Nonna of Alexandra Maria Kipp, Olivia Jennie Kipp, and Grace Rose Budd-Cording. Predeceased by her life-long friend John Cording (2023).
Family will receive friends on Friday, January 26, 2024 from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm at the Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 113 South Farview Avenue, Paramus, NJ. Memorial service will begin at 6pm Friday in the funeral home.

Miss Maggi was a great influence to me. Her vibrant style of teaching urged me to pursue teaching as a career. No one could sleep in her exciting class where everyone was engaged. She´d stand on top of the desk with and an oval spaghetti plate and with her booming voice she us how to solve math problems! Her memory lives on.

I just learned about the passing of my favorite teacher, Miss Maggi. She was the most vibrant energetic phenomenon and influenced me to become a teacher. Her antics in the classroom were exciting and always helped us learn math. She stand on a desk in high heels and shout about how to solve a math problem. No student ever slept in her class !!! Such a dedicated educator who I dearly loved.

I have such fond memories of my dear cousin, Maria. I will remember her fun-loving spirit, laugh, and impromptu singing and guitar-playing at family gatherings forever. Rest in peace, Maria.
