Marjorie Cronk, 93, formerly of Humboldt, passed away on Thursday morning, July 31, 2025 at the Good Samaritan Society in Manson.
Marjorie was born in Humboldt, Iowa on March 18, 1932 to Harry and Esther (Terwilliger) Cronk. Following the death of her parents, Marjorie resided at Humboldt Homes with the assistance of her brother Don and his wife Betty. In 1982 Marjorie began working at the Humboldt Workshop. She enjoyed and participated in many of the activities at the workshop. Marjorie was also employed in the Humboldt Workshop Supported Employment program with assistance of a job coach.
In January 2023 she moved to reside at the Humboldt Group Home and enjoyed their many outings. Marjorie’s also resided in several homes in the Humboldt Community with assistance from the Humboldt Workshop and Life Works, Fort Dodge staff.
On January 29, 2024 Marjorie became a resident of the Good Samaritan Home in Manson, Iowa. Marjorie enjoyed participating in various activities at the home.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Don and Delmer Cronk.
Graveside Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, August 6, 2025 at Union Cemetery in Humboldt. The Mason-Lindhart Funeral & Cremation Service of Humboldt is in charge of the arrangements. www.masonlindhart.com
