Marley Hall Obituary

Marley loved working in her yard, cooking and shopping at garage sales. She was an avid fan of Steph Curry and the Golden State Warriors, as well as George Strait and his music. She enjoyed word searches and going to casinos. Marley loved to travel and managed to visit all but 12 states in the USA. Giving was very important to Marley, especially at Christmas. She would hold the best tea parties and went all out to make them special. She also enjoyed helping O.C. with different jobs. She was a member of Sudan Methodist Church. One of Marley's favorite things to do was to help Debbie get her classroom ready at school. She is preceded in death by her husband, Butch; a son, Eugene Hall; her parents, Arnold and Marie Beckett; three brothers, Logan Tilton Beckett, James Beckett and David Beckett; and three sisters, Alma Burton, Maxine Donaldson and Mary Powell.
Marley is survived by her daughter, Debra Hall of Sudan, Texas. The family would like to express their appreciation to Calvert Hospice, Sudan EMS, Jan Smith, Sharon Nicholson, Norma Burnett and especially her good friend, Cheryl Harvey for all of their help.
The family suggests memorials be sent to Sudan EMS, PO Box 491, Sudan, Texas, 79371.

Worked with her at Pay n Save in Sudan .. I also would help her clean house on occasions .. she will be missed

When I was young and my parents drove to Sudan to visit my mom's sisters and their children, Marley (my first cousin, but 15 years older than me) would ask me if I wanted to spend the night at their house with Debra. Debra is a few years younger than me, but we had a good time together. Marley would feed us Coca-Cola and doughnuts for breakfast, which was unheard of at my house. Marley gave me Matchabelli perfume and other little treats. Good memories!
