Martha Ardell Lane of Eaton Rapids,
Passed away at home after a long battle with Dementia on July 30, 2025, at the age of 72. Martha was born at Gensterblum's Maternity Home in Sebewa Township, Michigan on October 19, 1952, the daughter of Howard and Leona (Ward) Meyers. Martha took loving care of her husband, Terry. She enjoyed painting, many arts and crafts, loved gardening, being outside and especially enjoyed blue flowers. She will be fondly remembered for her sense of humor and crooked smile.
Martha is survived by her children, Lori (Lane) Lawrason, Terry (Mary Benn) Lane Jr. of Eaton Rapids, Christopher Lane of Stockbridge, Jeremiah (Hollie) Lane of Eaton Rapids; siblings, Howard (Kay) Meyers, Sandra Kenyon as well as several grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Howard and Leona; husband, Terry Lane Sr.; siblings, Jill Barner, Patricia Meyers.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00am on Wednesday, August 13, 2025, at First Baptist of Eaton Rapids 9220 Kinneville Rd. Visitation will take place at 10:00am and a luncheon will follow the service. Arrangements were entrusted to the Mills Funeral Home, Shelly-Odell Chapel in Eaton Rapids. For those desiring, memorial contributions may be made to the Jean Bradford Kline Senior Center of Eaton Rapids in loving memory of Martha Ardell Lane.
