Stephen Russell Durham

Stephen Russell Durham, 72, of Lewiston, formerly of Grand Ledge, passed away peacefully on October 10, 2025. He was born on January 12, 1953, in Grand Ledge, MI, son of Raymond and Gertrude (Cramer) Durham.
Stephen grew up in the warm embrace of Grand Ledge, where he formed lifelong friendships and developed a love for the great outdoors. He was a proud graduate of Grand Ledge High School. Stephen's professional journey culminated at General Motors, where he retired after years of dedicated service.
Stephen's passion for the outdoors was unmatched. As an avid hunter and fisherman, he found solace and joy in nature's beauty. His involvement with Eagle Park as a volunteer showed his commitment to preserving the environment he loved for future generations.
Family was the cornerstone of Stephen's life. He is survived by his loving children, Sean (Darcy) Durham, Jennifer Durham, and Michael Durham. His legacy continues through his adored grandchildren, Russell, Caitlin, Rylee, Tori (Chris), Kirsten (Ryan), Taylor (Matt), Logan, Colleena, Addisson, Jameson, Seth, and Andrew, as well as his cherished 14 great-grandchildren. Stephen also leaves behind his brothers, Al, and Rick Durham, and his sisters, Darlene (Bob) and Marcia Durham.
Preceding him in death were his parents, Raymond and Gertrude (Cramer) Durham; his first wife, Colleen Durham; his second wife, Dianne Durham; and his siblings, Judy Marsh, Kay Snow, Donna Dukes, Mike Durham, and John Durham.
