Martha Imelda Peña, age 58, passed away on Friday September 2, 2022. Martha was born in Chihuahua, Chihuahua on July 4,1964. She met Ramon Rodriguez Peña in 1986 and they married on January 10, 1987, in Ciudad Obregón, Sonora.
Martha was known for being an extremely loving mother that would do anything for her boys. Martha also loved being around her family and friends. There was not a holiday she didn't decorate the whole house for and took great pride in making sure the spirit of the holiday filled not only the house but, the people in it as well. Martha proved to be quite the fighter and was an amazing example of resiliency. Martha's favorite way to pass the time was to go shopping, get her nails done, bake, and decorate cakes. She loved everything pink and Minnie Mouse themed. A long-time dream of hers was to go on a Disney themed cruise. Martha was a mother, an aunt, a sister, and too many, a best friend. She will forever continue to live in our hearts with her warm love.
Martha is survived by her two sons, who made up the entirety of her world, Roy and Ray Peña, her former husband, Ramon Peña, two daughters-in-law, Esbeidy and Rebekah Peña, granddaughter, Roselie Peña, grandson, Rourke Peña, and numerous other aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
