complications. Marty was born October 6, 1958, the son of Dorothy Wolcott and Frank Cavallaro.
Marty was a proud U.S. Army veteran who served overseas in Germany. He was someone who lived with
courage, not just in uniform, but in the way he faced lifes challenges, including the minor traumatic brain injury
he carried with resilience. He was a man who found freedom in the simple joy of bicycling, pedaling through life
with a determination that inspired us all.
Marty is survived by his son, Michael and 5 grandchildren; and by his siblings: Rosemary Knott, Theresa (Joel)
Evans, Julie (Lloyd) Luttrell; as well as other family and longtime friend Lucky Singh.
He was predeceased by his son, Martin II, his parents, grandparents, brother, Vincenzo (Jimmy) Cavallaro, and sisters Madalena (Nanny) Masi and Kathleen (Kathy) Cavallaro.
Marty will be laid to rest at the Bath National Cemetery at 10 AM on Friday, March 7th.
A Celebration of Life will take place for family and friends on Saturday, March 8th from 12:00 until 2:00 PM at the Horseheads Moose Lodge. To plant a beautiful memorial tree in memory of Martin Francis Cavallaro, please visit our Tree Store.
