Marveleen Dale "Margo" Mattras

Marveleen "Margo" Dale Mattras, born in Summit Hill, Pennsylvania, passed away on June 29, 2025, at the age of 94. She was currently residing with her son, Fred, in Mary Esther, Florida. Marveleen loved visiting with friends and neighbors and could strike up a conversation with anyone, anywhere. Nobody was a stranger to Marveleen. Marveleen also enjoyed watching old movies, going to polka dances, spending winters in Cocoa Beach, and most recently her time in Homosassa, Florida where she developed a close bond with many neighbors who became the greatest of friends. Marveleen was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Mattras and her daughters, Joanne Turner (Ryan) and Maria Mattras (Ed). She is survived by her son, Fred Mattras (Vivian) and her daughter, Nancy Harkins (Jack), She is also survived by her grandchildren Candace Mattras, Dan Harkins, Katelyn Harkins and great-granddaughter, Evelyn Harkins. We will carry her memory in our hearts forever and she will be greatly missed. The family appreciates your thoughts and prayers during this time. The family will be holding a private service in her memory.
