Mary Alice Denton

Our beloved mother and grandmother, Mary Alice Denton, passed away peacefully on July 5, 2025, at the age of 77. Alice was a devoted and loving mother, always ready with a listening ear, steady guidance, and a heart full of unconditional love. Her life was a shining example of strength, compassion, and hard work, and she leaves behind a legacy that will live on in the many lives she touched. Alice was preceded in death by her parents, Mattie Alexander and Emery Riggs; her brothers, John Riggs, Tom Riggs, and Allen Riggs and Tom Denton, Together, Forever, Wherever. She is lovingly remembered by her daughters, Tammy Clark and Tina Kidwell; her sons, Buck Denton and James (Bakey) Denton; her 14 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
