She worked for the Pennsylvania State Legislature as Chief of Staff for 31 years.
She was also a member of council for the Borough of West View, served on the Board of West View Water Authority as well as the Board of Municipal Risk Management. During her tenure, she was given numerous awards for excellent service. She fought a heroic battle against pancreatic cancer for the last 10 months.
She is survived by her husband, Kenneth J. Reilly as well as her loving children, Julie L. Steele-Palley ( Matthew), and grandson Luke Palley. Sons Jason R. Steele, Richard M. Steele, and Michael L. Steele, and granddaughter Leah E. Steele
Friends and loved ones will be received at the West View VFW 386 Perry Highway, West View, PA 15229 Saturday 11/29/2025 from 3pm - 7pm.
