Matthew Gordon Grimm, 29, of Chandler, Arizona transitioned from Labor to Reward on February 12th, 2024. Born in East Stroudsburg, PA on January 9th, 1995, he was the son of Dennis and Annette (Palmisano) Grimm.
Matthew attended Stroudsburg High School before studying business management at Penn State University. He was passionate about mixology and restaurant management. Matthew lived the life we all aspire to live, moving from state to state with his dogs, June and Koda. He loved exploring new places, making memories and new friends. He loved fitness and was a sports car and motorcycle enthusiast. No matter how far away, he kept his family close, and called every day.
Matthew will always be remembered for his kind heart and easy-going spirit. We couldn't have asked for a better son and brother, and we'll miss Matthew every day. His memory will live on in the hearts of all those who loved him.
In addition to his parents, Matthew leaves to mourn his passing, sister, Nicole and husband Steven Garcia (Sparta, NJ), grandparents, Marilyn Grimm and Phil McLaughlin (Stroudsburg, PA), 15 aunts and uncles,13 cousins, his beloved dogs June and Koda and a host of extended family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Anthony and Gertrude Palmisano.
Funeral Services will take place at 12PM on Saturday March 2nd, 2024 in Restoration Temple, 1101.W Tilghman St. Allentown, PA 18102. The family will receive friends at 11AM.
