Mr. Livingston was born in Georgetown, South Carolina on July 13, 1946, to the late Reverend Abraham Livingston and Martha Smith Livingston.
Matthew was quiet and funny. He was known as Don to those close to him. His favorite color was blue, and he loved fishing in the ocean. He enjoyed listening to Jimmy Swaggart.
He worked at Winchester Repeating Arms/ Olin for many years, where he retired. He also performed community services at North American Institute of Police Services.
In addition to his lovely wife, he leaves to cherish his memory, daughter, Janis Livingston of Orlando, Florida; granddaughter, Dea Stewart; sisters, Pearl Livingston and Martha Brooks of Brooklyn, New York; brothers, Sam Jeffrey (Mary) Livingston, Walter Livingston, Abraham Livingston of Georgetown, South Carolina.
Matthew was predeceased by three sisters, four brothers and his grandson, Rashein Livingston.
