Matthew Bradley Moxter, 42, of Topeka (formerly of Salina), passed away Sunday, August 17, 2025. He was born in Salina, Kansas on April 12, 1983, to Bradley J. Moxter and Kelly A. Wills. Matthew attended Salina Central High School and graduated in 2001. He attended Washburn University and then joined the United States Marine Corp and served for four years.

Matthew worked at Cable Dahmer Car Dealership in Topeka as a Sales Manager for 15 years. He loved his job and those he worked for and with!

He loved the lake and boating and sharing that special time with family, friends and children! Nothing made him happier!

His passion for classic cars was evident in his beloved 1972 Chevelle SS. His absolute LOVE!

Matthew was an avid sports fan. You could find him cheering for the San Francisco 49'ers, Kansas State Wildcats and the Kansas City Royals. Evidence of which were signed jerseys and footballs displayed proudly in his home from those favorite teams!

Home remodeling projects was an ongoing pursuit! Always a (never-ending) project at hand! Friends would always say that Matthew had a unique way of looking at projects in a way they hadn't considered.

Matthew would jump at the chance to help a friend! "I'll be there!" was what Matthew was known for! And he loved to grill and explore new ways to cook a steak for those friends!

He was a baptismal sponsor to several of his nieces & nephews!

He is preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Robert and Emerald "Loraine" Wills; paternal grandparents, Lawrence and Helen Moxter; and special companion, his dog, Teddy.

Left to mourn his passing are his parents, Bradley J. Moxter and Kelly A. Wills; siblings, Dustin Moxter (Juaacklyn), Andrew Moxter (Mai), and Kandice Moxter; nieces and nephews, Aiden, Naomi, Braxton, Ahlony, Alayna, and Ayrie.

Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Friday, September 12, 2025, at Roselawn Heights Memorial Chapel, 1920 East Crawford, Salina, Kansas.

A celebration of life will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, September 13, 2025 at Roselawn Heights Memorial Chapel, 1920 East Crawford Street, Salina, Kansas 67401.
