Maureen Smith Obituary Hagerstown, MD Maureen "Kris" Smith, 74, of Hagerstown, MD passed away on Monday, May 26, 2025, at Doeys House in Hagerstown, MD.
She was born on December 21, 1950, in White Plains, New York to the late Donald C. and Delores (Boyer) Mitchell.
She was a graduate of Chevy Chase High School and attended Hagerstown Junior College.
Kris was employed by Weis Market in Hagerstown, MD.
She was of the Catholic Faith. She was very spiritual.
Kris loved to read and crochet. She enjoyed her plants and was very good at taking care of them.
She is survived by her daughter Ann Smith; son Michael Smith; grandchildren Jessica Chapman (Rickie), Ryan Smith, and Canyon Bland; great grandchildren Skyler, Waylon, and Landon.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by Warren Smith and Angie Smith.
Funeral services will be held at the Osborne Funeral Home, P.A. 425 S. Conococheague St. Williamsport, MD on Monday, June 2, 2025, at 11:00 am. The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service on Monday from 10:00 11:00 am. Interment will be in Mt. View Cemetery Sharpsburg, MD.
