Melba Carroll Obituary

Born in Kings Mountain, NC, Mrs. Carroll was the widow of John Keith Carroll and the daughter of the late Harvey Lee Ruppe and Ruby Carroll Howard. She formerly worked in healthcare as a CNA.
Mrs. Carroll is survived by her children, David Bush and Ruby "Sissy" Justice; her sister, Janet White (Jeff); her grandchildren, Harley Scronce (Coty), Laura Dowdle (Tyriq), and Bre'onna Kegley (Dalton); 7 great-grandchildren; her step-father, Nelson Howard (Lou); and special nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Keith Ruppe and Lee Ruppe.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, February 5th, 2025 from 6:00-8:00 pm at Gordon Mortuary, 400 West Cherokee Street, Blacksburg, SC.
The family will be at the home her daughter, Sissy Justice, at 110 Linden Street, Grover, NC.
