She will be missed dearly by her loving husband of 21 years, Nathan G. Fairbrother; her daughter, Juliet Renee-Lynn Fairbrother of Rutland; her parents, Robert Fintonis and his wife Karen and Marilyn (Regan) Walters and her husband Chuck; her brother, Michael Fintonis; one stepsibling, John Walters; and four half stepsiblings, Amy Sannicandro and her husband, Peter of Framingham, Rebecca Fintonis, Joseph Fintonis and Brian Fintonis.
Born in Natick, Melissa graduated from Algonquin High School and went on to earn a bachelor's degree from Becker College. She focused her skills on marketing at ServiceNow for many years before taking a job these last few months as the Director of Marketing for Freshworks. Melissa was always a dedicated student and employee throughout her life.
She met the love of her life, Nathan Fairbrother, when she was 18 years old. The two shared a life full of happiness and joy together. They would live happily in Hubbardston before moving to Rutland in 2018 where they would raise their daughter, Juliet Renee-Lynn Fairbother, who became the most important part of her life. I knew Melissa while working at Concord Communications. Though we rarely spoke, she was always friendly and cheerful as we greet each other in the hallways. At CA I had a chance to work with her more closely. She as the project manager and I as a developer. She had a calming influence on the team with her demeanor and presence. Always ready to respond to any issue with professionalism and positivity.
I am sad to hear about your loss and pray that God will be with you and your family to provide peace, love and comfort as only He can give.

Melissa was a co-worker of mine at CA for several years. She was one of the most upbeat and friendly people I remember. I'm so sorry for all of her family and close friends.
