Michael Andry Obituary

Born July 28, 1949 in Elmont, NY, he was the son of Alexander A. and Geraldine (Klitz) Andry.
He attended schools in NY then joined the US Air Force where he began his military career. In the US Air Force he worked on every aspect of the airplane and was stationed at many military bases including Guam and Okinawa. After 20 years of service he retired as a Tech SGT in 1989. After he retired he began working at Sears which allowed him to continue to use his ability to fix anything and everything.
He was very dedicated to the military but also enjoyed working on the computer and reading.
Survivors include his wife of 19 years, Nina (MacIver) Andry of Newmarket; his children, Christopher Andry and his wife Tracy of Newmarket and Erik Killoran and his wife Vhic Vhic of Kittery, ME; four grandchildren, Ryan, Michael, Lexi, and Alex; two great grandchildren, Tyson and Bryce; his brother, Richard Andry of Michigan; two nieces and a nephew.
Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, March 6th from 4 – 6 p.m. at Kent & Pelczar Funeral Home & Crematory, 77 Exeter Road (Route 108), Newmarket. A Celebration of Life will follow at 6 p.m. with Rev. Patty Marsden officiating followed by military honors in the funeral home.

I met Michael and his lovely wife Nina and his son and I want to express my deepest sympathy to them. Mick was a good man, so intelligent and very very funny. He often showed compassion and kindness and could say the funniest things. And he really loved Ritz Crackers and often offered to share some with me and others, such a nice man. May he be with God in Heaven and may God bless his loving family.
