Michael Beal Obituary

He was a cable technician for some of the biggest IT infrastructures including Becton Dickinson. He enjoyed playing the bass guitar and Chris Squire from the band Yes, was his all-time favorite musician. Mike also had a deep passion for his saltwater aquarium which he kept immaculate. He also got stung by his lionfish numerous times but that never stopped him.
He is survived by fiancé Lynda Sytsma, his Aunt Diana (Dee Dee), siblings Pam, Debbie and Tony, nephews Mathias and Christopher as well as niece Julianna.
He was predeceased by Mother Carol, Father Lee Brook and Sister Patricia.
The family will receive friends on May 14th 2025 from 5pm to 7pm at the Vander Plaat Funeral Home, www.vpfh.com, 257 Godwin Ave. Wyckoff, NJ.

We moved to upper Greenwood lake in 1970 and Mike's family was here his grandmother was not well at the time his mother was here his brother was here not sure the name of his brother but Mike was the nicest and sweetest boy at about 10 or 12 years old so their grandmother Mike's grandmother owned the house he was the sweetest man ever young boy actually and in 1989 my partner and I bought this house and he still remained living there he was the best neighbor you can ever imagine having so sweet so supportive always there for you very quiet very private we're still here in 2025 and it's so sad to hear of his passing I'll never forget him
