Michael (Mike) Girard Didia, age 66, a resident of Chesterfield Township MI, passed away suddenly on August 18th, 2024. Mike was born on September 12th, 1957 in Grosse Pointe Farms, Michigan to late parents William and Doris (Brower) Didia. He attended Clintondale High school and held a profession in Facilities management where he was very dedicated to his job.
Mike was a hardworking family oriented man. He enjoyed spending time riding his motorcycle in his younger days, gardening, cooking with his girls in the kitchen and passing on family traditions, being a father and eventually becoming a grandfather.
He will be remembered as being loving and strong, resilient, protective, humorous, humble and hardworking. He underwent many trials in his life and through everything, he never gave up, kept his head held high, and never lost his one of a kind personality which is what his family will undoubtedly miss the most.
Devoted father to his daughters Elizabeth Didia and Ericka (Anthony) Marsack. The proudest Papa to Benjamin, Thomas, and Gianna. He is also survived by his Sister Theresa (John) Carr, Brother William Didia. Along with many nieces, nephews.
