Michael Falsetti Obituary
Michael Joseph Falsetti (Mike) was born on July 7, 1958, to Joe and Pat Falsetti in a suburb of Detroit, Michigan, the first of three boys. He moved with his family to South Bend, Indiana in the late 1960s and was a resident for the rest of his life. Mike was the friendliest, kindest, warm-hearted individual you'll ever meet. He loved telling stories and was always there to help whoever could. Those who met him were instant friends. Mike suffered from numerous medical issues later in life and ended up on disability, but that didn't keep him from continuing to help others. He was a passionate mechanic who was heavily involved in the off-road community in the 1980s-1990s, he loved to ride his bike and became a whiz bicycle mechanic.
On Saturday, June 22, Mike passed away at home from heart failure, following a brief hospitalization for heart-related problems that contributed to his death. He's survived by his brother, Marc, and his extended family. Preceding him in death are his mother (Patricia Keating), father (Joseph Falsetti), and brother (Doug Falsetti). He was loved by all and will be greatly missed.
There will be no services, but there will be a celebration of life held at a later date.
