Michael Joseph Green, age 69 of Tipp City, passed away Sunday, October 26, 2025 at home surrounded by his family. He was born May 6, 1956 in Springfield, Ohio, the son of the late George and Pauline Green.
Mike was known for making something out of nothing. He was a hustler of life and he did things his own way. In his free time, he loved to fish, play poker and black jack, cook and was an avid pool player. Mike never knew a stranger and would give everything he had in order to help someone in need. Most important to him was his family, especially his daughter whom he lived and breathed for.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers, Jerry, Artie and Larry Green .
Mike is survived by his children, Jeremy (Allison) Armitage and Dusti (Eric) High; the love of his life and mother of his children, Vicki Green Thompson; grandchildren, Michael (Sarita) Armitage, Maddie Armitage, Piper Armitage, Wyatt Armitage, Sebastian Armitage and Kingston High; great grandchildren, Hannah and Alana Armitage; brother, Dougie (Jeffrey) Green; sister and best friend, Susie Hall (they were each other's lifelines); nephews, Rob "Link" and Dale as well as numerous others and life long friend/brother, Doug Greene.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
In Mike's words, "This is not goodbye, I'll see ya in the mornin".
