He was born in Perth Amboy and was a longtime resident of Manalapan Township.
Michael was a graduate of Manalapan High School, Class of 1977 and Keane State College. He attended the University of Virginia graduate school.
He was a construction supervisor for Toll Brothers and a civilian contractor at Ramstein Air Force Base in Germany.
Micael was predeceased by his parents, Eugene Edward Osovitz and Eleanor Clader Osovitz.
Surviving are Richard Osovitz, Stephan Osovitz, Eugene and wife Claire Osovitz, Dr's Christopher and Michelle Osovitz, Dr. Susan Osovitz, John and Carol Olsen, Kenneth and Kathleen and family, nieces/nephews-Kenneth and Kevin Peters, Marie, Charlena, Karlton, Harrison and Rose Osovitz, Christopher Mudd, Dr's Garrett and Haille Olsen, Taylor Olsen.
Graveside services will be held at St. Rose of Lima Cemetery in Freehold Township, April 16, 2024 at 1:00pm. Higgins Memorial Home, Freehold is in charge of the arrangements.
