Theresa Ann Hargadon, 76, of Marlboro, NJ, passed away peacefully in her sleep on November 10, 2025.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Gabriel's Historic Church, 549 Route 520 (Newman Springs Road), Marlboro, NJ, on Friday, November 14, 2025 at 10:30 am

Born in Moniuszki, Poland, Theresa was the daughter of Czeslaw and Wanda Jablonski. She and her family emigrated to the United States in 1962 and settled in Harrison, NJ. Theresa earned her bachelor's degree from Jersey City State College and her master's degree in mathematics education from Montclair State University. She dedicated her career to teaching, first in Livingston, NJ, and later as a professor at Brookdale Community College.
Theresa loved her family and friends deeply. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, playing bingo, and traveling the world with her loved ones.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Czeslaw and Wanda Jablonski and her daughter Deborah Colleen. Theresa is survived by her devoted husband Michael; her children and their spouses, Kevin and Paris Hargadon, Matthew Hargadon and Brieann Benkert, and Cheryl Hargadon; and her cherished granddaughter Lillian, who she adored. She is also survived by her sister Donna Daly and Donna's life companion, Frank Verbovsky.
Theresa will be remembered for her kindness, generosity, and the joy she brought to everyone's lives. She was loved by many and will be deeply missed.
