Miranda Danielle Gomes, age 42, a lifelong resident of Romeo, passed away unexpectedly June 29,2025 at home. She was born on September 14, 1982 in Rochester, Michigan, the daughter of Charles and Sharon Gomes of Romeo. Miranda went to Romeo High School. Miranda married Micah Pearson on April 30, 2015.
Miranda enjoyed working at various occupations, most recent a server at Buffalo Wild Wings in Washington Township. Miranda was a social butterfly and always the life of the party.
Miranda is survived by her son Dyontay (Katelyn) Gomes of Imlay City, DaSontay, LaMeasa, LaMya, and LaJayda of Romeo. Her siblings Tarnesa (Emilio) Carrizosa of St. Clair Shores and Felicia Martinez of Chesterfield, nieces and nephews Bethani, Kayla (Bubba), Elijah, Katora, Lillian, Marliona, Daniella, and 12 great nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her grandparents Calvin (Katie) Winters of Romeo, and Charles (Mildred) Gomes of Romeo, ex-husband Micah Pearson, along with many aunts, uncles and friends.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, July 9, 2025 from 1:00PM to 8:00PM at the Henry M. Malburg Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Thursday July 10, 2025 at 10:00AM also at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to her children.
