Nancy Ann Budzinski, age 75, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 5, 2023.
Survived by her children, Brian (Tracy) Budzinski, Bradley Budzinski, and Beth Ann (Brian) Engle; grandchildren, Parker, Sidney, Victoria, Chase and Logan Budzinski, Reese, and Hayden Engle; great grandchildren, Carter Olejniczak and Chloe Budzinski; brother, Gary (Carol) Piechonka. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive.
Preceded in death by her husband, Frank Budzinski; parents, Raymond, and Dolores Piechonka.
Nancy was loved by all, she was always smiling and laughing. She loved her family dearly and was always baking and cooking around the holidays when the family would gather. Nancy was known for making AMAZING BABA for Easter, her Filbert cookies were a must every Christmas along with her homemade cinnamon rolls. She loved to go to the salon and pamper herself, whether it was getting her hair done, getting her nails done or getting a pedicure.
Nancy and her husband Frank loved to travel to many destinations. They would travel several times a year. They would travel to several areas stateside and the Hawaiian Islands. They visited numerous islands in the Caribbean as well.
Funeral services for Nancy will be held at Farkas Funeral Home, 3201 W. Jefferson Street, Joliet, IL 60431 Tuesday, July 11, 2023, at 12:00 p.m. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until time of services. Entombment will be held at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
