Nancy Louise Houghton

EVERETT Nancy Louise Iodice, Age 72 of Everett, MA passed away after a long battle with cancer on Wednesday, May 8, 2024 at Care Dimensions Hospice House in Lincoln, MA. She was the widow of the late Kenneth J. Houghton who passed away in 2016.
She was born in Arlington, MA on November 12,1952 and was the daughter of the late Dominic Iodice and the late Marion L. (Peterson) Savard. She was a graduate of Bedford High School in MA.
She spent many years in the horse racing business, where she met and married her husband. She was a professional thoroughbred specialist, dedicating her time to Saratoga, NY Racing Authority; Lexington, Kentucky Keeneland Racetrack and traveling to many states and other countries. She enjoyed taking adventures. She adored horses and worked on their aftercare.
Nancy will be remembered for her outgoing, loving and enthusiastic outlook on life.
She is survived by her son, James R. Houghton of East Boston and many friends and family members.
We will always carry her memory in our hearts.
