Mom was the most special person to me throughout my entire life and will be until the day I am called home. She will be greatly missed by myself and our entire family and to those who's life she touched. Mom had a heart of gold and to those who knew her, without a doubt, would agree. I will live the remainder of my life as she would've wanted me to and when my day comes, I know she will be there waiting for me with open arms. Rest in peace Mama, I love you with all my heart.

My husband, Terry Jacobs, better known to Nancy as T-Bone went to school with her son Travis. Nancy and J.W. were very kind to me from the very beginning and welcomed me into their lives. TJ and I are very saddened by this loss, but we also know Nancy is no longer in pain and having a glorious homecoming!
