Nancy Kay Royalty, born on Wednesday, March 24th, 1943 in New Albany, Indiana, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 7th, 2025 at the age of 82. Residing in Clarksville, Indiana, Nancy's kind spirit touched the lives of many who had the privilege of knowing her.
Nancy spent her working years as a warm and welcoming greeter at Dr. Bizer's Vision Works, where she became a familiar and friendly face to many. Her joy for life was evident in her love for animals, especially dogs and horses, and she never missed an episode of her favorite show, "Pit Bulls & Parolees."
In her earlier years, Nancy found great pleasure and peace in gardening, cultivating vibrant blooms and lush greenery that reflected her gentle yet vibrant spirit. Her compassion and love for both people and animals were truly remarkable.
Nancy is survived by her Daughter, Wendy Moses (Tony), brothers, Robert Kochert and Michael Kochert (Dorinda), and her sisters, Georgeann Caraway and Jo Leachman. She is preceded in death by her parents, George and Christine Kochert, her brother, Thomas Kochert, and her sisters, Patricia Braun and Virginia Kochert.

Nancy was such a good friend to our Mom Corine. I called her several times when Mom was in the hospital because she wanted to be kept updated on her condition. She was a very sweet lady and Mom will miss her talks with her. May God bless you all with happy memories
