Discharged with honors, Neal went on to obtain an Architecture degree from University of Oregon and only practiced for the sake of his true passion and projects in real estate development - wheeling and dealing until his last days. He is also survived by his brother Earl in Adel Iowa, his three sons; Scott (and Karen) in Redmond Oregon; Greg (and Jennifer) in Beaverton Oregon; Eric in Redmond Oregon; along with five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
