Nicole Diane Heirendt,56, of McDonald, passed away on Sunday June 29, 2025 in Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh.
She was born on June 27, 1969 in St. Clair Hospital a daughter of Marlene Lesjak Heirendt of Washington and the late William J. Heirendt.
A 1987 graduate of the Fort Cherry High School, she also graduated from the Pittsburgh Beauty Academy and earned her cosmetology license. Nicole worked as a beautician for Hairs Linda in McDonald and most recently as a customer service representative in the family medical leave department for Cigna Healthcare.
She loved her dogs Bella and Stormy, and enjoyed playing darts, hook and cheering on the Pittsburgh Penguins. She spent most of her weekends in the summer at “Pinetrees Paradise” with her son William and great friends.
In addition to her mother, she’s survived by her son William S. Ackley of McDonald; her sister Michelle N. Ehrgood and her fiancé Michael Bish of McDonald; and nieces and nephews Mecca Nicole, Connor William and Gavin Edward Ehrgood.
Family and friends will be received on Thursday July 3, 2025 from 2:00 p.m. until the time of services officiated by the Rev. Justin Amsler at 6:00 p.m. in Graff-Nation Funeral and Cremation Service, 218 East Lincoln Avenue, McDonald, PA 15057.
Due to Nicole’s love of animals, memorial donations are suggested in her memory to the Washington County Humane Society, 1527 PA-136, Eighty Four, PA 15330. www.washingtonpashelter.org
