Norma Isaac

GREENFIELD – Norma Jean (Lucas) Isaac, age 85, of Greenfield, passed away Tuesday, September 10, 2024 at Lake Pointe Village. She was born in Lester, Kentucky on October 20, 1938 to Edwin and Lily May (Spangler) Lucas. She married William R. Isaac in Greenfield on August 23, 1954. After Norma graduated from High School, she began work in the automobile industry at IPT as a factory worker.
Norma was a member of the Calvary Tabernacle Church in Indianapolis, Indiana. She loved to read, complete puzzles, and go out to eat with her family and friends.
She is survived by her daughters, Annette (Jerry) Miles, Tina (Tom) Harmon, and Tammy Dye; sister, Linda Brown; brother, Henry Lucas; five grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Lilly Mae Lucas; husband, William R. Isaac; brothers, Ed Bowen, Glenn Lucas, Paul Lucas, and Arnold Lucas; and sister, Edna Butterworth.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 13, 2024, from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Erlewein Mortuary & Crematory, 1484 W. US Hwy. 40, Greenfield, IN 46140. A funeral service will be held following the visitation at 1:00 p.m. at the mortuary. Burial will follow at Park Cemetery in Greenfield, Indiana.
