LOWELL-Olga Gloria Rivera, 81, passed away on Saturday, November 23, 2024 at Tufts Medical Center Boston.
Olga was born in Yabucoa, Puerto Rico on February 13, 1943, a daughter of Simon Rivera and Aracelia Martinez. She attended school in Puerto Rico.
Prior to her retirement, Olga worked in the Housekeeping Department of Saints Memorial Medical Center Lowell.
Olga enjoyed the Holidays, Christmas, Thanksgiving, and especially Easter. She was a Salsa dancer and enjoyed traveling, especially to the White Mountains.
She enjoyed traveling to the casino, playing scratch tickets.
She loved bowling, dining, cooking for her family, and bringing her children to Wyman's Beach in Westford.
She was a very caring and loving person.
Olga is survived by her 10 children, Olga Cruz, Giovanna Cruz, Damaris Cruz Evelyn Rodriguez, Eliezer Cruz, Ismael Cruz Jr., Carlos Cruz, Edgardo Cruz, Hector Cruz, and Miguel Cruz; her grandchildren, Elijah, Eversyn, Aracelia Aviles, Celeste, D.J., Isaiah Cruz, Naesha, Isaiah, Kai, Melinda Underwood, Maya, Carlos, Anjelia, Dyanna, Adrian, Ariel, Heriberto, Aaliyah, Heriberto Jr., Jonathan, Adrian, John Luis, Stella, Sabian, Samuel, Aneisa, Joshua, Yolanda, Jayla, Gaby, Azariah, Kassandra, Ariela, Sady, Adan, Kayden, Emma, Connor, Caiden, Julian, Jessenia, Ashley, Kelsey, Milaysha, Genesis, Javier, Jayden, Alvia, Arriana, Alexa, Jazminn, Tristan, Tessa, Keandra, Xavier, and many great grandchildren, her sisters, Ramona Pena Maria Pantoja, Maria Pacheco, Sara Rivera, Ruth Lozano; also several nieces, nephews, grand nieces, and grand nephews.
Family and friends are invited to Olga's Visiting Hours on Tuesday, November 26, 2024 from 3 until 7 PM.
Olga's Funeral Service will take place from 9 until 11 AM on Wednesday at the Funeral Home, followed by her Burial Service at Westlawn II Cemetery.
