Patricia Ann Campbell

Patricia Ann Campbell, 75, of Burlington, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 17, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family. Born on February 27, 1950, in Flint, Michigan, Ann was the daughter of the late Charles and Daisy Courtney. She spent her life caring for others, both professionally and personally. Ann worked as a Physical Therapy Technician for over 15 years at Booth Hospital and later at St. Luke, where her compassion and dedication made a lasting impact on her patients and colleagues alike. After retiring, she devoted herself fully to her home and to raising her children, a role she cherished above all. Ann had a vibrant and warm spirit. She loved shopping and visiting thrift stores, always on the lookout for unique treasures-especially knick knacks, of which she had an impressive collection. She took joy in having her nails done and found happiness in the simple pleasures of life. Most of all, Ann loved spending time with her children and grandchildren, whose presence brought her endless joy and fulfillment. In addition to her parents, Ann was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 24 years, Homer Campbell; her brother, Herbert Courtney; and her grandson, Steven Kelly. She leaves behind a legacy of love and family through her daughters, Jennifer Randall-Hood and Julie (Robert Barnes) Whitesell; step-daughter, Tina Campbell; step-sons, Tony (Robin) Campbell, Tim (Cindy) Campbell, and Terry Campbell; brothers, Rob Courtney, Charlie (Sandy) Courtney, and Dave (Debbie) Courtney; sister, Patsy (Paul) Galat; grandchildren, Hannah (Isaac) Lang, Michael Hood, Mathieu Hood, Calvin Hood, Sophia Hood, Landynn Whitesell, Logan Whitesell, Lane Whitesell, Jeremiah Campbell, Jacob Campbell, Jordan Campbell, Sarah Campbell, Shannah Campbell, Christina Kelly, Robert Kelly, Nathan Kelly, Jonathan Kelly, Courtney Kelly, and Cindy Kelly; and 31 great-grandchildren who will carry her memory forward with love.
