I am so sorry to hear of Dr. Tagle-Levy's passing. We had moved out of AZ in 2018 so hadn't realized until now that she is gone. We knew her through her practice. We always had excellent care and she really saved our family in the midst of our pain and confusion. She was an excellent psychiatrist and we've not found her equal since we moved. My sincerest condolences to her family, friends and work associates.

We just found out today that Dr. Tagle Levy passed away. Our son who is 24 and our family would not be here today if not for her. From the depths of the issues that presented themselves she gave our son and us the tools to reach adulthood. Our son was 9 when he first came to work with her, truly we would not be here today if not for her. We are devastated at her loss and grieve for her family.

I would not be where I am today in my life without the over decade long care I received from childhood into late adolescence from Dr. Tagle Levy. She was a pillar in my life and words cannot express the impact her expertise, understanding of childhood mental health, and psychiatry had on me. I´m crying in the parking lot of her old office as I just found out this news. I am forever indebted to Dr. Tagle Levy and her influence on my life in indescribable. Rest in heaven.

I recently found out about Dr. Tagle-Levy's passing. As a psychotherapist specializing in trauma, I know that she was a very trusted clinician and healer in the mental health community. She and I personally shared a few clients and she was always excellent with her care. It turns out I have also rented from she and her husband, something I found out yesterday! What a small world. I am heartbroken for her husband, children, and the extended family that I also know grieves for her. Her patients and colleagues also share in this loss. Blessings to all.

When I think of Patricia M. Tagle-Levy, M.D., the image emerges of a very beautiful woman with flawless, porcelain skin. She was extremely proud of her Chilean heritage and it was reflected beautifully in her home. She was a dedicated and accomplished physician.
Her greatest accomplishments were those of mother to her two children, Louis and Sofia, and wife of her loving and caring husband, Dr. Kenneth Levy. She loved her firstborn grandson and lived long enough to welcome her 2nd grandson into the world.
Her husband, "Ken" loved her dearly and the feeling was mutual. I recall that one of her first and foremost concerns after being afflicted with the devastating illness that she would ultimately succumb to, was the welfare of Ken...not her own condition. Her husband, Ken was the paragon of a caregiver and attended to her in every way possible until the end.
She will be greatly missed by her family and by a host of friends and her patients.

Rest in Peace Patricia M. Tagle-Levy, M.D.
With love and Sadness,
Faye Bomer, M. D. and Don Ford
