Patricia Tatum Obituary

She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald N. Tatum; her son, D. Anthony Tatum; and her parents, D.C. and Callie Castleberry.
Pat is survived by her children, Daryl Tatum and MaryBeth Rollins, Daniel and Lisa Tatum, and Forrest and Valerie Gibson; her beloved grandchildren, Josh and Katie Tatum, Evan Tatum, Casey Tatum, Dylan and Adrianne Tatum, McKevor and Lizzie Tatum, Jake Gibson, and Marshall Gibson; her cherished great-grandchildren, Bryson Wilson, Natalie and Brooks Tatum, and Rylee Tatum; her brother and sister-in-law, Paul and Linda Castleberry; her sister-in-law, Patricia Fouts; and her brothers-in-law, Marvin, James, and Larry Tatum.
Her greatest joy was her family, and she was deeply devoted to each of them. She worked in the school lunchroom for over 30 years, where she formed many lasting friendships and touched countless young lives with her kindness and care. Known for her warm smile and generous heart, she had a gift for making others feel welcome and loved.
A woman of strong faith, Pat loved the Lord and had no doubt regarding the heavenly home that was waiting for her. She lived her life with that assurance, and her family finds peace in knowing she is now reunited with loved ones who went before her.
The family would like for everyone to know that Pat loved flowers so please send flowers if you choose to do so.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, September 2nd, 2025 from 4:00pm - 8:00pm, and on Wednesday, September 3rd, 2025 from 12:00pm until the hour of service at 1:00pm.
Gravesides services will be at 3:15pm at Advantage Funeral Memorial Gardens located at 500 Harbins Road Lilburn, Georgia.
