He is survived by his father, Paul Ray Keys and spouse, Kerrie; mother, Melissa Young Keys Phillips and spouse, Doug; daughter, Kayci Kelly and spouse, Ryan; grandchildren, Kaidence Kelly and Kamdyn Kelly; sister, Krissa Perry and spouse, Kevin; aunt, Anna Beth Allen and spouse Rodger; nephew, Keaton Perry and spouse Mary; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Kevin was preceded in death by his grandmother, Mildred Phillips Young, grandfather, M.A. Keys.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, March 31, 2025,2:00 PM at Bates-Cooper-Sloan Chapel with Bro. Mike Amerson officiating.
