Paul F. Larose was born in Detroit on April 27, 1947, to Wilfred and Agnes Larose. Paul passed away on June 16, 2025, at the age of 78 surrounded by loved ones. Beloved husband of Barbara, Loving father of Bill (Katey) and Rachael. Proud Abba of Megan, Maya, and Ruby. Dearest brother of James (the late Teri) Larose, and Dolly (Sladen) Hall, and the late Lou, the late Anne, the late Jean, the late Theresa, the late Irene, the late Kevin, and the late Marty. Dear uncle to several nieces and nephews.
Paul, a stranger to no one he met; spent his life educating and mentoring others at Divine Child High School, Madonna University, Sacred Heart Major Seminary as well as the charitable organizations he supported including Gleaners Food Bank, the Franciscan Order and many parishes over the years including St. Aloysius in the City of Detroit.
Friends may visit the Schrader-Howell Funeral Home, 280 South Main Street, Plymouth, Michigan on Thursday, June 19, 2025 from 2:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Visitation will continue on Friday, June 20, 2025 at 10:30 A.M. at St. Kenneth Catholic Church, 14951 North Haggerty Road, Plymouth, Michigan until the time of the Funeral Mass beginning at 11:00 A.M.
In lieu of flowers the family would ask that you make donations to Fransican Friars Charities or Doctors Without Borders
