Wuethrich, Paul J.
7/2/1948 - 10/23/2024
Paul passed at 76 years old with his wife and son at his side.
Paul grew up in Medford Wisconsin. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, his pets and exploring the woods. He was a die-hardPackers fan. He served in the US Naval Reserve as a naval air mechanic.
Paul spent most of his career between Robbinsdale Area School District and SEIU local 284. He very much enjoyed making a difference and interacting with the young lives he was in charge of getting to and from school. He also enjoyed sticking up for the working person. He spent many years as the union steward for the district's service workers. Paul was also elected vice president of his union local. Paul later made the move to and retired as a union organizer.
Paul was a loving husband and father. He had just celebrated his 53rd wedding anniversary. He was an avid fisherman who loved spending time on his boat. His second favorite hobby was collecting custom made knives. When he wasn't doing those things he was fond of playing with his cat, watching birds and insects outside and helping with the garden. Unless a packer'sgame or NASCAR was on.
Paul was proceeded in death by his parents John & Margret. His pets, Mitsey, Ralph, Jasper and Cosmos.
Paul is survived by his wife Marlene, son John and cat Rugby. Also his sister Carol. Nieces Kim, Kay and Katie. Belovednephews Brian and Mark.
